Rocco Norton, CFE / President / CEO
President and Chief Executive Officer of Andros Floor Design, Rocco possesses more than twenty seven years of experience in Flooring, certified Installer, and Sales leader and for the last fifteen year a proven leader.

Rocco is a Certified Flooring Executive, with the World Floor Covering Association, an industry certification that only 2% of owners or managers possess nationally.

Following his decision to forsake a different career opportunities, Rocco took over Andros Floor Design and is enthusiastic to continue the long standing values that the business was founded on in 1948, but has also embraced the changing environment that we all live in and is dedicated to vital programs, such as our "GREEN SELECT" program.

To relax, Rocco coaches his son's local baseball team, spends time with his beautiful wife and two kids Caleb & Chloe. He volunteers at his local Church and attends every one of his children's numerous sporting events and performances.
